Membership Terms and Conditions:

Credit Card: To access the full benefits of the program, a valid credit card and email are required for subscription. No debit cards and no gift cards.

 

Requirements: Participation in our membership programs requires opting in for text messages and providing an email address.

 

Duration: The minimum membership term is twelve (12) months.

​

Renewal: Memberships will automatically renew monthly after the initial term unless cancelled in writing 30 days before the next transaction date.

 

Cancellation: Terminating membership before the twelve (12) month term incurs an early termination fee equivalent to double the monthly membership fee.

 

Payment: Monthly fees are charged automatically to the credit card on file. Continued payments is an automatic agreement to all updated terms and conditions.

 

Pausing Payments: Membership payments cannot be paused.

 

Missed Payments: Membership benefits cannot be redeemed until past dues are fully paid. Three months of unpaid dues will be sent to a collection agency, with all associated fees borne by the member.

 

Missed Appointments: Appointments missed without 24-hour notice are considered used and non-refundable.

 

Missed Month: One missed month of treatment can be carried over, but additional rollovers are not permitted.

Scheduling Appointments: Each membership appointed service must be scheduled after the monthly payment has processed.

 

Gifting: Members can gift one month of membership with advance notice.

 

Payment Disputes: Disputes regarding charges should be addressed promptly.

 

Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable: Membership charges are final and cannot be transferred to another person or cannot be assumed by another person. Membership payments cannot be refunded.

 

Membership Benefits: Subject to change without prior notice.

 

Birthday Rewards: Cannot be combined with other offers.

 

Complimentary Gifts: Gifts given during membership signup are complimentary upon completion of the membership term. In case of early termination, the member is required to pay for the full cost of the complimentary gift.

 

Price Guarantee: Membership prices, savings, discounts, and promotions may change.

Member Responsibilities: Members are responsible for keeping their contact and payment information up to date.

 

Refund Policy: Refunds are not provided for any unused portion of the membership or for missed appointments.

 

Service Limitations: Membership benefits are subject to availability and may vary based on location and staffing.

Health and Medical Considerations: Members must inform the spa of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect their treatment.

Membership Freezes: Membership freezes are not allowed. Memberships are continuous and cannot be paused.

Liability Waiver: Members acknowledge that the spa is not liable for any injuries or adverse reactions resulting from treatments.

 

Member Conduct: Members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards staff and other patrons. The spa reserves the right to terminate memberships for inappropriate behavior.

 

Changes to Terms: The spa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time which, includes discounts and prices.
