Credit Card Requirements
To access the full benefits of the program, a valid credit card and email address are required for subscription. Debit cards and gift cards are not accepted.
Payment Failure: If a payment fails due to an expired or invalid credit card, you will be notified via text or email. If payment is not updated within 7-10 days, your membership may be suspended. During this suspension, all membership benefits, including scheduled appointments, may be suspended until the balance is paid in full.
Program Requirements
By participating in our membership programs, you agree to receive text messages and emails from Arawan MedSpa & Wellness regarding your membership, appointments, payment status, and other important information.

Membership Duration

The minimum membership term is 12 months.

A 6-month term incurs an additional fee of $50 per month.

A 3-month term incurs an additional fee of $100 per month.
Why Shorter Terms Have Additional Fees: Shorter membership durations come with higher fees to account for additional administrative costs, convenience fee of the shorter terms, and limited commitment.

Renewal
Memberships will automatically renew monthly after the initial term unless cancelled in writing by text message or email 30 days before the next renewal date.

Grandfathered Pricing
We value our loyal members! Your monthly payments will remain at the grandfathered rate as long as you remain a member in good standing with Arawan.
Good Standing: Includes making timely payments and adhering to Arawan's policies and code of conduct.
Cancellation / Early Termination Fee

If you terminate your membership before the agreed term, an early termination fee will apply, equal to double the monthly membership fee.

Grace Period: You may cancel within 7 days of initial sign-up without penalty, provided no services have been rendered.

Early Termination Fee: If you terminate your membership before the agreed-upon term, you will be charged an early termination fee equal to double your monthly membership fee.

Refund Policy: There are no refunds for any unused portion of the membership or for missed appointments.

If you have received services during your membership term and then cancel early, you will not be refunded for services used. The early termination fee will apply, in addition to any charges for services already rendered.

For services not used (e.g., unused treatments or benefits), the value will not be refunded but can be rolled over or gifted before the membership expires, as per the applicable policies.

Membership Freeze

Membership Freeze: Memberships cannot be frozen. However, under certain circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), we may offer alternative accommodations on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you need assistance in such cases.
Payments

Monthly membership fees are automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Continued payments are considered acceptance of any updated terms and conditions.
Missed Payment Notifications: If a payment is missed, you will receive text message notifications regarding the missed payment, along with instructions on how to resolve the issue. No reminders will be sent for upcoming payments or renewals.
Pausing Payments

Pausing Payments: Membership payments cannot be paused. However, members may pause their membership (as outlined below), which will extend the membership term by the duration of the pause.

Late Payments: A $50 late fee will apply to any payments not made within 5 days of the due date.

If payments are not made within 30 days of the due date, your membership may be suspended until the balance is paid.
Pausing Memberships

Pausing Memberships: Memberships can be paused for up to 3 months during the 12-month term, but the pause will be added to the overall term. The maximum pause duration is 3 months, and no further pauses are allowed after that period.

Missed Payments

Membership benefits are suspended until past dues are fully paid.

If dues remain unpaid for three months, the account will be sent to collections, with all associated fees borne by the member.
Grace Period: You will receive 2 reminders (via text message or email) before your account is sent to collections.
Missed Appointments
Appointments missed without 24-hour notice will be considered used and non-refundable.
Appointment Reminders: You will receive a reminder of your upcoming appointment 24-48 hours in advance via text or email.
Missed Month

You may roll over the missed month of treatment as long as stacked treatments are safe together.

Roll Over Limit: There is no roll over limit. However, the roll over benefit expires at the end of the membership term.

Roll Over Benefits: Unused benefits (including treatments and services) can be rolled over for use in the next month, subject to certain conditions. However, any unused roll-over benefits will expire at the end of your agreed membership term. These benefits must be used before the expiration date or will be forfeited.

Example: If you have unused treatments or services in month 6, you can roll them over to month 7 or later, as long as it’s within the same membership term. If the term ends and you haven't used them, the benefits will expire.

Scheduling Appointments
Appointments must be completed after your monthly payment has been processed. If payment is delayed, appointments cannot be completed until payment is current.
Gift Membership Benefits

You may gift unused benefits to another person once per year, subject to the following conditions: There is no limit to the number of unused membership benefits (including rollovers) that can be gifted to an individual.

One gift per person: You can only give a membership benefit gift to the same person once per 12-month membership period.
-
Expiration: Any gifted benefits must be used before the end of the member’s current term. If not used, they will expire.

Non-Refundable: Once benefits are gifted, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned to the original member.
Example:
If a member has five unused treatments at the end of month 6, they can gift those five treatments to a friend or family member before the end of the term. These treatments will expire at the end of the membership term if not used, even by the recipient.

Payment Disputes
Disputes regarding charges must be addressed promptly within 30 days of the charge. After this period, the charge will be deemed valid.
Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Membership charges cannot be transferred to another person or refunded for any unused portion.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided for services not used or for missed appointments.
Membership Benefits

Complimentary Gifts

Gifts provided at membership sign-up are complementary upon completing the full membership term.

Example of Gift Costs: If a complimentary gift has a retail value of $150, you will be charged $150 if you cancel before completing the membership term.
Price Guarantee

Membership prices, discounts, and promotions may change at Arawan's discretion.

Patient Terms & Privacy Policy
The Arawan MedSpa & Wellness patient terms and privacy policy apply to all members.
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, and you may request access to or deletion of your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Member Responsibilities

Members are responsible for keeping contact and payment information up to date.
Updating Information: If your payment information changes, you must update it within 7 days to avoid any service interruptions.
Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for any unused portion of the membership or for missed appointments.
Unused Services: If you are unable to redeem services due to medical reasons, please contact us within 7 days to discuss potential accommodations.
Service Availability
Membership benefits are subject to availability and may vary depending on staffing or treatment provider schedules. If a specific service is unavailable for an extended period (e.g., due to staffing changes, health crises, etc.), we will either offer alternative services of equal value or extend your membership term.
Service Changes: If a service is unavailable for an extended period, we will offer alternative services of equal value or extend your membership term.
Health & Medical Considerations
Members must inform Arawan MedSpa & Wellness of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect their treatment.
Disclosure Requirement: Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions may result in the inability to provide certain treatments, and the spa is not liable for any adverse effects caused by undisclosed conditions.
Membership Freezes
Memberships cannot be frozen and are continuous without pause.
Alternative Options: If you need to temporarily suspend treatment due to health or other significant reasons, we can discuss alternative options.
Liability Waiver
Members acknowledge that Arawan MedSpa & Wellness is not liable for any injuries or adverse reactions resulting from treatments. Members must sign a liability waiver prior to receiving treatments. If a member chooses not to sign the waiver, they will not be eligible for any services, and their membership will be suspended until such time as they agree to the terms.

Acknowledgment of Risk: Members must sign a liability waiver prior to receiving treatments, acknowledging potential risks associated with specific services.
Member Conduct
Members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward staff and other patrons. Arawan reserves the right to terminate memberships for inappropriate behavior.
Examples of Inappropriate Behavior: Harassment, verbal abuse, or any disruptive conduct will lead to immediate termination of membership.
Right to Refuse Service
Arawan MedSpa & Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to any member for reasons including, but not limited to, failure to disclose relevant medical information, non-compliance with treatment protocols, disruptive behavior, or failure to adhere to the spa’s policies.
Changes to Terms
Arawan MedSpa & Wellness reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, including discounts, prices, and services.
Notice of Changes: You will be notified of any major changes to the terms and conditions at least 30 days in advance via email or text.
Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises regarding these Terms and Conditions, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiation. If the matter cannot be resolved within 30 days, both parties agree to engage in mediation before pursuing other legal remedies. This does not limit your rights to pursue claims in court if necessary.
Force Majeure
Arawan MedSpa & Wellness will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, pandemics, labor disputes, government actions, or technological failures.

During these times, members will not be charged for any membership period in which services cannot be provided.​
