At Arawan MedSpa + Wellness, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch care to our patients. That’s why we offer a follow-up service to ensure you’re satisfied with your treatment. We understand that adjustments may sometimes be necessary, and we’re here, happy to work with you to ensure you get the expected outcome as we discussed from your treatments. Please note that a non-refundable booking fee is required, and we enforce a Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy. Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions Summary 1. Appointments require a minimum commitment fee before booking. 2. Minimum commitment fees are non-refundable. 3. Reschedule or cancel 24 hours before to avoid paying for the full cost of the scheduled appointment. 4. All introductory services must be completed within 30 days of the initial booking. 5. Unless an expiration date is provided, maintain continuous package activity within 30-day intervals to avoid forfeiting the agreement. 6. Credit card on file is required to cover fees mentioned above (late rescheduling or cancellation fees).
