Cancellation Policy

Please review the following policies for introductory services: Non-Refundable Commitment Fee: A commitment fee is required to secure your initial appointment. It's valid for 30 days from booking. Payment for Introductory Session: Full payment for the introductory session is due at the end of your treatment. Rescheduling: To reschedule without forfeiting the commitment fee, provide a minimum 24-hour notice. Cancellations: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid paying for the entire introductory service. The commitment fee is non-refundable. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Rescheduling or canceling within 24 hours incurs a 100% charge of the introductory service price. The commitment fee covers setup costs for profile and health history preparation. If deemed unfit for the service, you won't incur the full charge. Review our Terms and Conditions.
