Cancellation Policy

Please review the following policies for introductory services: Non-Refundable Commitment Fee: A commitment fee is required to secure your initial appointment. It's valid for 30 days from booking. Payment for Introductory Session: Full payment for the introductory session is due at the end of your treatment. Rescheduling: To reschedule without forfeiting the commitment fee, provide a minimum 24-hour notice. Cancellations: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid paying for the entire introductory service. The commitment fee is non-refundable. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Rescheduling or canceling within 24 hours incurs a 100% charge of the introductory service price.
