Effective Date: The Terms and Conditions are effective as of the date of signature.

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) outline the terms governing the Laser Hair Removal Membership (“Membership”) provided by Arawan MedSpa + Wellness (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”). By signing up for the Membership, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
 

1. Membership Enrollment

1.1 Eligibility: Membership is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By enrolling, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have provided accurate and truthful information during registration.

1.2 Membership Registration: To enroll, you must complete the necessary forms and provide valid payment details. Membership activation will occur once payment is processed.

1.3 Membership Fee and Term: The Membership fee is billed monthly as per the plan you select. Membership term is a 12-month commitment, and the Membership term begins on the date of enrollment. Fees are due at the time of enrollment and automatically renew on the 1st of each month unless canceled as described in Section 4 below.

1.4 Membership Plans: We offer different membership plans according to the size of the area being treated. Specific plan details, including pricing, session limits, and additional services, will be provided to you upon enrollment.

2. Laser Hair Removal Sessions

2.1 Included Sessions: The Membership grants you the number of sessions specified in your selected plan per month/year. Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month.

2.2 Session Duration and Area: Each session duration and treatment area may be subject to limits (e.g., full face, underarms, bikini). Treatment areas outside of the plan’s scope may incur additional charges.

2.3 Appointment Scheduling: Appointments for laser hair removal must be scheduled in advance. We recommend booking appointments early to secure your preferred date and time. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee as outlined below.

2.4 Treatment Frequency: For optimal results, treatments are typically spaced 4-6 weeks apart. The frequency of treatments may vary based on individual needs, but you must adhere to the guidance provided by our licensed professionals.

2.5 Consultation: A consultation with one of our licensed specialists may be required prior to your first session. This consultation will assess your eligibility for laser hair removal and determine the best treatment plan.

3. Membership Benefits

3.1 Discounts on Additional Services: Members may receive discounts on other services offered by the Company, including but not limited to skin care treatments, waxing, and other aesthetic services. These discounts are subject to change and may be modified at any time.

3.2 Priority Booking: Members may receive priority access to appointment scheduling, subject to availability.

3.3 Exclusive Promotions: Members may have access to exclusive promotions, offers, or events that are not available to non-members.

4. Cancellation, Suspension, and Termination

4.1 Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your Membership at any time by providing written notice to the Company. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. However, if you cancel your Membership before the end of your contracted term, you will be subject to an Early Termination Fee, as outlined below.

4.2 Early Termination Fee: If you choose to terminate your Membership before the end of your committed term, an Early Termination Fee will apply. The fee will be equal to 50% of the remaining balance on your Membership, calculated from the time of cancellation until the end of your original Membership term.

4.3 Automatic Renewal: Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with this section.

4.4 Suspension or Termination by the Company: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Membership at any time for violations of these terms and conditions, non-payment, or any other reason deemed appropriate by the Company. In the event of suspension or termination, any outstanding balances remain due.

4.5 Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your Membership, you will retain access to your Membership benefits for the remainder of your current billing period, but no partial refunds will be issued.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Method: By enrolling, you agree to provide a valid credit card, debit card, or other approved payment method. You authorize the Company to charge your payment method for the Membership fee as outlined in your plan. Continued payments are considered acceptance of any updated terms and conditions.

5.2 Due Date: Payment for the Membership is due on the 1st of each month. Payment must be received by the Company on or before this date to ensure uninterrupted service.

5.3 Late Payment Fee: If payment is not received by the due date, a late payment fee of $50 will be added to your account for each occurrence of a missed payment. Continued non-payment may result in the suspension or termination of your Membership.

5.4 Cancellations and Late Cancellation Fee: If you need to cancel an appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a late cancellation fee of $100.

5.5 No-Show Fee: A "No-Show" occurs when you miss a scheduled appointment without providing any notice or cancellation. In such cases, a $100 no-show fee will be charged to your account. Additionally, the credit for the appointment will be considered used, and the session will not be rescheduled without further payment.

6. Health and Safety

6.1 Eligibility: You must disclose any relevant medical conditions or medications that may affect your ability to safely undergo laser hair removal treatments. This includes, but is not limited to, pregnancy, skin conditions, or use of photosensitive medications.

6.2 Contraindications: The Company reserves the right to refuse treatment to individuals whose medical history, skin type, or conditions may pose a risk to their health or the effectiveness of the treatment.

6.3 Pre-Treatment Instructions: You agree to follow all pre-treatment instructions, including avoiding sun exposure or the use of certain skincare products before sessions.

 

7. Liability and Indemnity

7.1 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the Membership or services provided.

7.2 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or costs resulting from your use of the Membership or laser hair removal services.

 

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or notifying you directly. Continued use of the Membership constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8.2 Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8.3 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
