Glow Getter (Mid Tier)
Perfect for those focused on consistent maintenance and visible glow. Glow Getter members enjoy access to key skin and body treatments, valuable discounts, and rewards to keep their results on track year-round.
Building Block (Entry Tier)
An introductory membership designed for clients starting their skin and wellness journey. Building Block provides essential treatments and basic benefits to help establish healthy, lasting habits.
Credit Card Requirements
To access the full benefits of the program, a valid credit card and email address are required for subscription. Debit cards and gift cards are not accepted.
Payment Failure Policy
In the event of a failed payment due to an expired, invalid, or otherwise declined credit card, you will be notified via text message or email.
If payment is not successfully completed within 24 hours of the original billing date:

A $50 late payment fee will be assessed immediately.

Your membership and all associated benefits, including any scheduled appointments, will be suspended until the outstanding balance and late fee are paid in full.
It is the member’s responsibility to maintain valid, up-to-date billing information at all times to avoid service interruptions and additional fees.
Program Requirements
By participating in our membership programs, you agree to receive text messages and emails from Arawan MedSpa & Wellness regarding your membership, appointments, payment status, and other important information.
Membership Duration
At Arawan MedSpa + Wellness, we offer a 13th month of FREE membership pricing at your introductory appointment because we love rewarding clients who are ready to commit to their wellness and self-care journey. It’s our way of saying thank you for trusting us.
We offer two options:

Introductory Membership Plan – 13th month FREE available for those who commit to 12 months at their initial visit.

Regular Membership Plan – available for those who prefer to take some time to decide. If not yet ready to commit after the initial visit then it is okay, but there is no 13th month free.
Memberships are available in two durations:

Renewal
Memberships will automatically renew monthly after the initial term unless cancelled in writing by text message or email 30 days before the next renewal date.
Grandfathered Pricing
We value our loyal members! Your monthly payments will remain at the grandfathered rate as long as you remain a member in good standing with Arawan.
*Good Standing: Includes making timely payments and adhering to Arawan's policies and code of conduct.
Cancellation / Early Termination Fee

If you terminate your membership before the agreed term, an early termination fee will apply, equal to double the monthly membership fee.

Grace Period: You may cancel within 24 hours of initial sign-up without penalty, provided no services have been redeemed.

Refund Policy: There are no refunds for any unused portion of the membership or for missed appointments.

If you have received services during your membership term and then cancel early, you will not be refunded for services used. The early termination fee will apply, in addition to any charges for services already redeemed.

For membership credits not redeemed (e.g., unused treatments or benefits), the value will not be refunded, but can be rolled over or gifted before the membership expires or terminates, as per the applicable policies.

Membership Freeze

Memberships and membership payments during the agreed term cannot be frozen. However, under certain circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), we may offer alternative reasonable accommodations on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you need assistance in such cases.

Alternative Options: If you need to temporarily suspend treatment due to health or other significant reasons, we can discuss alternative options with medical note from your primary care provider.
Payments

Monthly membership fees are automatically charged to the credit card on file on the 1st of each month.

Continued payments are considered acceptance of any updated terms and conditions.

Missed Payment Notifications: If a payment is missed, you will receive a text message notification or an email regarding the missed payment. No reminders will be sent for upcoming payments or renewals.
Missed Payment
We have partnered with a collection agency called Cedar Financial, which operates under CollectCo, to manage unresolved balances.

A $50 late payment fee will be assessed immediately for each month of missed payment.

Membership benefits are suspended if a payment is missed and will remain suspended until the full balance including late fees are paid.

If dues remain unpaid for three (3) months, the account will be sent to collections. All associated collection fees will be the responsibility of the member.

Grace Period: You will receive at least two (3) reminders (via phone call, text, and email) before your account is submitted to collections.

By enrolling in our membership program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Missed Appointments
Appointments missed without 24-hour notice will be considered used and non-refundable.
Appointment Reminders: You will receive a reminder of your upcoming appointment 24-48 hours in advance via text or email.
Missed Month

You may roll over the missed month of treatment as long as stacked treatments are safe together.

Roll Over Limit: There is a 4 consecutive month roll over limit. However, the roll over benefit expires and cannot be used at the end of the membership term.

Roll Over Benefits: Unused benefits (including treatments and services) can be rolled over for use in the next month, subject to certain conditions. However, any unused roll-over benefits will expire at the end of your agreed membership term. These benefits must be used before the expiration/termination date or the credit will be forfeited.

Example: If you have unused treatments or services in month 6, you can roll them over to month 7 or later, as long as it’s within the same membership term. If the term ends and you haven't used them, the benefits will expire.

Any roll over benefits must be used before the end of the member’s current term. If unused, the roll over benefits will expire at the end of the membership term.
Scheduling Appointments
Appointments must be completed after your monthly payment has been processed. If payment is delayed, appointments cannot be completed until payment is current.
Gift Membership Credit

You may gift one unused treatment to another person once per membership term.

Expiration: Any gifted treatments must be used before the end of the member’s current term. If not used, they will expire.

Non-Refundable: Once a treatment is gifted, it is non-refundable and cannot be returned to the original member.
Payment Disputes
Disputes regarding charges must be addressed promptly within 30 days of the charge. After this period, the charge will be deemed valid.
Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Membership charges cannot be transferred to another person or refunded for any unused portion.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided for services not used or for missed appointments.

Notification: You will be notified of any major changes to benefits at least 30 days in advance.

Patient Terms & Privacy Policy
The Arawan MedSpa & Wellness patient terms and privacy policy apply to all members.
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, and you may request access to or deletion of your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Member Responsibilities

Members are responsible for keeping contact and payment information up to date.

If your payment information changes, you must update it as soon as possible to avoid any service interruptions.

Members are solely responsible for managing and scheduling their own appointments. Arawan MedSpa + Wellness does not assume responsibility for members’ time management, missed appointments, or scheduling delays.

Failure to book and complete treatments within the membership timeframe may result in forfeited benefits, without refund or credit. No exceptions will be made.

Members are strongly encouraged to schedule appointments early to ensure availability and to maintain consistency in their treatment plan.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the timely use of your membership benefits.
Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for any unused portion of the membership or for missed appointments.

If you are unable to redeem services due to medical reasons, please contact us to discuss potential accommodations.

Service Availability
Membership benefits are subject to availability and may vary depending on staffing or treatment provider schedules. If a specific service is unavailable for an extended period (e.g., due to staffing changes, health crises, etc.), we will either offer alternative services of equal value or extend your membership term.
Health & Medical Considerations

Members must inform Arawan MedSpa & Wellness of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect their treatment.

Disclosure Requirement: Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions may result in the inability to provide certain treatments, and the spa is not liable for any adverse effects caused by undisclosed conditions.
Results Disclaimer
At Arawan MedSpa + Wellness, we utilize treatments and protocols that are outcomes-based and proven to deliver excellent results. However, individual outcomes may vary. Treatment success is influenced by multiple factors, including individual health status, lifestyle habits, activity level, diet and nutrition, exercise regimen, treatment plan compliance, genetics, and biological response. As such, we cannot guarantee that you will experience the same results as another individual. While we are committed to delivering the highest quality of care and personalized recommendations, final outcomes are ultimately dependent on your body’s unique response and your adherence to pre- and post-treatment guidelines. By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge and accept that results cannot be guaranteed.
Informed Consent
Members acknowledge that Arawan MedSpa & Wellness is not liable for any injuries or adverse reactions resulting from treatments. Members must sign the applicable informed consent form prior to receiving treatments. If a member chooses not to sign the consent, they will not be eligible for any services, and their membership will be suspended until they agree to the terms.
Member Conduct
Members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward staff and other patrons. Arawan reserves the right to terminate memberships for inappropriate behavior.

Examples of Inappropriate Behavior: Harassment, verbal abuse, or any disruptive conduct will lead to immediate termination of membership.
Right to Refuse Service
Arawan MedSpa & Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to any member for reasons including, but not limited to, failure to disclose relevant medical information, non-compliance with treatment protocols, disruptive behavior, or failure to adhere to the spa’s policies.
Changes to Terms
Arawan MedSpa & Wellness reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, including discounts, prices, and services.
Notice of Changes: You will be notified of any major changes to the terms and conditions at least 30 days in advance via email or text.
Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises regarding these Terms and Conditions, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiation.
Force Majeure
Arawan MedSpa & Wellness will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, pandemics, labor disputes, government actions, or technological failures.
During these times, members will not be charged for any membership period in which services cannot be provided.
