From our mid-20s to mid-30s, between 2004 and 2014, we faced one of the hardest decades of our lives as young parents raising three children. We were happy together and kept smiling, yet the stress etched itself into our faces. With little sleep, constant fatigue, and no energy, we looked and felt worn out and believed that this was simply what aging had to be.
